Our Standards of Business Conduct (SoBC) are a set of global policies of BAT, expressing the high standards of integrity we are committed to upholding.
Our SoBC policies cover a wide range of areas including Speak Up, anti-bribery and corruption, gifts and entertainment, respect in the workplace, human rights, lobbying and public contributions, data privacy, confidentiality and information security, anti-tax evasion and anti-money laundering, sanctions and export controls, and many others.Our Supplier Code of Conduct defines the minimum standards we expect of our Suppliers, and covers many of the same policy areas as our SoBC.
